ČEZ Group Investment into Rolls-Royce SMR

On 29th October 2024 Rolls-Royce SMR announced that ČEZ Group (CEZ) would make an equity investment into the Rolls-Royce SMR business and establish a strategic partnership to deploy up to 3GW of electricity in the Czech Republic.

Today, Rolls-Royce SMR and CEZ are pleased to announce that all customary regulatory clearances have been duly received and CEZ has become a shareholder in Rolls-Royce SMR.
