An important element of any inclusive organisation is engaging with under-represented employees to help remove some of the barriers that they may face and to create a truly inclusive culture. Inclusion Networks are crucial in helping to do this. Employee-led, they connect, engage and support their members, and ensure more people know that Rolls-Royce SMR is for them. They also help educate others on the issues faced by their community and teach us all how to become better allies as we aim to trailblaze inclusion in our sector.
Ability aims to empower those with specific needs in the workplace. We welcome those with disabilities (including long-term mental health conditions), neurodiversity and caring responsibilities. We are also a network for our allies, who are seeking ways to better support our community and who see the value that these differences bring. Our vision is to embrace diversity to utilise difference for the benefit of all, and to have a workplace shaped to meet the needs of all our remarkable people.
