GDA Security Case Manager
GDA Security Case Manager
Derby/Warrington/Manchester/Remote
£70,000-£80,000
We are Rolls-Royce SMR and we’re doing something that’s never been done before. We’re revolutionising an industry. That’s a once-in-a-career opportunity for those excited by such a challenge. This is more than just a job; this is a legacy.
We are now recruiting for the exciting role of GDA Security Case Manager, to be be responsible for the development and delivery of a key component of the Generic Design Assessment (GDA), namely the Generic Security Report (GSR).
The post will be integral to ensuring that the security case claims, arguments and evidence items are properly structured and meet the requirements of ONR Security Assessment Principles (SyAPs), guidance and regulatory documentation. The role will also support the design and delivery of physical and cyber security measures to protect factory sites, logistic centres and the sites where the RR SMR will be constructed, commissioned, operated and decommissioned.
This opportunity with Rolls-Royce SMR is unique. This is the first time that the security case has been done as an integral part of the GDA process within ONR, rather than in parallel. It is a potentially career defining opportunity to influence design at an early stage, with Secured by Design at the fore, where you can build security in rather than build it on afterwards.
