Morson are working in partnership with RR SMR to recruit a Regulatory Interface Office (RIO) Lead. Reporting to the Head of GDA Project Management Office, you will be responsible for defining and creating processes for, and managing a team tasked with, ensuring the effective and efficient transaction of information between the RR SMR GDA Delivery Team and the Regulators Joint Programme Office (JPO).

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage a team of administrators that execute the regulatory interface processes and procedures.
  • Process owner for the development and maintenance of regulatory interface processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with Regulatory JPO
  • Maintenance of the Master Document Submission List (MDSL)
  • Maintenance of various registers associated with the Rolls-Royce SMR and Regulatory interfaces
  • The gathering of KPIs and the monitoring of significant trends in KPIs to measure levels of interaction between Rolls-Royce SMR and the Regulatory JPO
  • Maintenance of the Regulatory Interface meeting diary
  • Co-ordination of the provision of administrative support to regulatory meetings

Pay and Benefits

A highly competitive salary is on offer along with a performance related bonus.
A range of flexible benefits are available to choose from, enabling you to create a bespoke package to suit your needs.
Travel: the location of work can be either Derby or Warrington. (Adjust as appropriate)
Flexible working / hybrid and remote working patterns are available with agreement.
Working hours are 37.5 hrs per week with some additional hours as and when required.
