Morson Talent are working in partnership with Rolls Royce SMR to recruit a Document Production Specialist to join the Legal Team.

Rolls-Royce SMR is a start-up joint special purpose vehicle (SPV) business, specifically created to design, construct and deliver a new fleet of Small Modular Reactors power plants that will be a critical and strategic player in the race to Net Zero carbon emissions globally.  Spun out of Rolls-Royce with its pedigree in engineering excellence but also attracting world class inward investment this is an exciting new business with an optimistic opportunity to be a global player in the coming years.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting all the reporting lines within the Legal directorate of Rolls-Royce SMR: - Export Control, IP, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Corporate Governance, Data Privacy. You will also be responsible for document creation and management, and the central reporting of contracts, as well as administrative assistance supporting the different functions in the directorate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating a coherent, standardised, cross-referenced, set of documents from the current uncoordinated collection.
  • Act as administrative assistant to support these functions and take away the administrative responsibilities from the heads of department. As such the role will need to deal with multiple stakeholders in a variety of dispersed locations. 
  • You will be responsible for the setting up the directorate SharePoint with the management of folders & controlled access.

This role could be suited to someone who has experience working as a document production specialist or legal secretary with strong general admin skills and experience of multiple stake holders. Experienced user of Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Visio.
